Are our products in stock?

Everything sold at Mustang Collectibles is in stock and therefore available for purchase. We do not take pre-orders for products we don’t have, so there is no wait for your order to ship.

Will the item be well protected for shipping?

All our packages are shipped with the utmost care. While zero risk is impossible, we protect our shipments as much as possible, using bubble wrap, polystyrene packing peanuts, and a sturdy cardboard box for added protection.

Need more information about shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your package, and include a contribution towards packaging costs. Full insurance is also included in case of any issues, and you will be provided with a tracking number. We also offer combined shipping if you are interested in several items; feel free to request this by specifying the items you would like. We will then contact you with the combined shipping costs.

Where will the order be shipped from?

All our orders are shipped from our site located in Ardèche, Rhône-Alpes, France. We use the local post office as our secure shipping method.

What if there is a problem with your order?

Don’t panic! At Mustang Collectibles, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us using the contact form and send us photos of the item in its packaging. Together, we’ll find a solution, either a prepaid replacement or another solution that suits you.
